Tender Description
The office of CMES (PAF) Faisal invites sealed tenders for various repair, maintenance, renovation, and replacement works at PAF Base Faisal, Karachi. This procurement is issued by CMES (PAF) Faisal and is intended for contractors with relevant experience and PEC registration. The works include construction of boundary walls, repair and replacement of residential and non-residential facilities, renovation of washrooms, road marking paint application, servicing and overhauling, replacement of furniture and charpoys, and other related civil and electrical maintenance tasks.

The scope covers multiple civil and electrical works at the PAF Base Faisal site. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and be on the approved list of MES in categories B, C, or D. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Experience in similar works and submission of complete credentials is mandatory. Earnest money and other bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules.
