Tehsil Municipal Administration Abbottabad invites sealed tenders through the E-PAD System from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for various renovation and uplift projects along with installation of small pressure bores across Abbottabad. All materials and workmanship must comply with relevant standards and the contractor is responsible for all testing at their cost. Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC licenses in relevant categories, be registered with FBR and KPPRA, and provide bid security as per the rules. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required, with additional securities for bids below certain thresholds as detailed in the BSD. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD system by **05/11/2026 12:00 PM**. Original technical and financial proposals must also be physically submitted via courier or registered post to the office of the Tehsil Officer (Infrastructure), TMA Abbottabad, located at Jinnah Road Abbottabad before the deadline. Hand delivery is not allowed. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that the scanned copies uploaded to the E-PAD system exactly match the original documents submitted physically to avoid disqualification due to discrepancies. Also, carefully prepare detailed rate analysis if bidding more than 20% below the engineer's estimate to avoid non-responsiveness.
