The site is located in Musakhail, Balochistan, and the works are based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, with specialized codes CE04(i) for Dams/Water Retaining Structures, CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, CE10(vii) for General Buildings and Maintenance, and CE01-(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. The bidder must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 45,274,215 in the last three years, showing financial capacity.
