The Executive Engineer Road CWPP&H Department Musakhail invites eligible bidders for the construction and repair of roads under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, with a specialized code CE04(i) for dams/water retaining structures, CE10(i) for general civil engineering works, and CE01(i) for road and pavements drainage and retaining structures. The bidder must have completed at least three similar assignments with a minimum turnover of PKR 41,792,158 in the last three years and at least PKR 45 million in each of the last two years. Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration are mandatory. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
