Tender Description
The Urban Planning & Development Department Loralai Division invites sealed percentage tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date for the year 2026-27. The procurement is for the construction of a boundary wall from Rod Malak Dotani, Killi Haji Shafique, Haji Srdardin Muhammad Nasar from the main road to Killi Kareem Khan covering a distance of 6KM.
Items being procured:

The scope includes civil construction works as per the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. The project requires specialized skills in road and pavement drainage and retaining structures. Bidders must have PEC registration in category C-4 and above with the relevant specialized code CEO 1-O. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 5 years with each costing more than 50% of the estimated cost and must have experience in solar street light projects. No subletting or subcontracting is allowed.
Eligibility criteria include presence in the Active Tax Payer List, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and no blacklisting or litigation in the last 5 years. Earnest money of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required.
Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard by 25 August 2026 at 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 10:00 AM through the EPPS system. The submission address is UP&DD Collage Road Loralai. The validity period of the bid is ninety (90) days.
