Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi invites bids for the construction of a boundary wall near Metro at PAA Colony Jinnah International Airport (JIAP). This procurement is specifically for civil and electrical works related to the boundary wall construction at the airport colony in Karachi.

The scope includes all civil works necessary for the boundary wall construction along with associated electrical wiring or installations as required. The site is located within the PAA Colony at JIAP Karachi, demanding adherence to airport security and safety standards.
Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Additionally, updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current financial year is mandatory. Bidders must also provide a valid Professional Tax Certificate and CNIC copies of owners. Affidavits confirming firm ownership and no blacklisting or pending litigation on stamped paper are required.
The bid security amount is Rs. 100,000, to be submitted as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bidders must submit their bids, bid security, and mandatory documents electronically via the PPRA EPADS Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the submission deadline. The original bid, bid security, and affidavits must be submitted in person to the office of the Divisional Engineer Civil-II, Jinnah Annexe, JIAP Karachi.
