Construction of Boundary Wall Neelum Campus

The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Muzaffarabad is procuring construction services for a boundary wall at its Neelum Campus. This tender invites qualified firms or persons with PEC Category C-V or above, registered with the University of AJK for the current financial year 2025-26. The project involves the construction of a boundary wall, a significant civil works contract requiring experienced contractors capable of delivering quality infrastructure within a 12-month completion period. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the Project Director's office at Room No 41, Admin Block, Chehla Campus, University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad. The bidding documents are available upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 6,000. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and firms quoting rates below 10% of the engineering estimate must submit additional bid security. The deadline for bid submission is 22nd May 2026 at 2:30 PM via registered post to the Project Director's office. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017.
