Construction of Boundary Wall, One Window Facilitation Center, Licensing & Police Facilitation Center, and Brick Boundary Wall at District Loralai

The CW, PP&H Department District Loralai invites bids from eligible contractors for construction works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase-III 2026-27. The procurement includes the following works at District Loralai: - Construction of Boundary Wall at Grid Station Mekhtar District Loralai (Rs. 15,920,402) - Construction of One Window Facilitation Center at Deputy Commissioner Office, Loralai Division (Rs. 21,399,835) - Construction of Licensing & Police Facilitation Center Loralai (Rs. 27,462,443) - Construction of Brick Boundary Wall Toor Than APS Tehsil Mekhtar District Loralai (Rs. 6,865,695) These projects are part of the composite schedule rates 2023 for the year 2025. The scope involves civil construction works including boundary walls and facilitation centers to enhance administrative infrastructure in Loralai. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of 70% of the amount in the last 2 financial years. PEC category C-6 or above (up to 25 million) in General Civil Engineering Works (CE10(i)) is required. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding.
