Tender Description
The Non Timber Forest Products Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites bids through the E-PAD system from eligible contractors/firms registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-2027, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the projects titled 'Conservation and Value Chain Development of Local Honey Bees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa' and 'Diversifying Livelihood Opportunities Through Value Chain Development of High Values Chilghoza Pine Forest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa'.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Boundary Wall Tehsil Road Nursery at Haripur (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual) with estimated cost Rs. 6.785 Million
- Construction of Processing Unit / Display Center Hazara Kohistan (MRS-2022 2nd Bi-Annual) with estimated cost Rs. 14.160 Million
- Construction of Boundary Wall of Processing Unit Hazara Kohistan (MRS-2022 2nd Bi-Annual) with estimated cost Rs. 2.160 Million
The scope includes construction works at specified locations in Haripur and Hazara Kohistan. The projects require adherence to engineering standards and timely completion as per work orders. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PRA) rules 2014. Earnest money of 2% call deposit in original form is mandatory. The work will commence immediately after issuance of work order and signing of agreement. All taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 14th September 2026 till 11:00 AM, with hard copies delivered to the office of the Director Non Timber Forest Products Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Forest Department, Shami Road, Peshawar. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be accepted. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP-PRA rules.
