Procurement of Civil Works for 10/13 MVA PT Bay & Busbar at 132 KV Grid Station Zero Point

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of civil works under the contract for the NCB-259 Extension of 10/13 MVA PT Bay & Busbar at 132 KV Grid Station Zero Point. The reserved funds are allocated for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - Extension of 10/13 MVA PT Bay & Busbar at 132 KV Grid Station Zero Point The contract requires bidders to deposit a cost deposit of Rs.16,857,747/- including FST as bid security. Bidding documents are available on the e-PADs v2.0 portal. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the e-PADs portal by or before Monday, September 28, 2026, 11:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on e-PADs v2.0 must register themselves on https://vendors.espads.gov.pk before submitting bids. Eligibility includes compliance with PEC category requirements, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee as specified.
