Tender Description
The BRCs & Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan department in Naseerabad has issued a final notice regarding the construction work of BRC Naseerabad Package-IV. The contract was awarded to M/S Bismillah Builders, Construction Company, under an agreement dated 22nd March 2022. However, the contractor has failed to resume work at the site for two months, causing undue delay and financial loss to the department.
This notice directs the contractor to immediately resume the pending construction work within seven days from the date of publication. Failure to comply will result in termination of the contract, forfeiture of any pending payments or security, and initiation of legal proceedings for recovery of losses and damages at the contractor's risk and cost. This is the final notice issued by the Project Engineer-I of BRCs & Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan.
Suppliers and contractors interested in similar construction works should ensure they have the relevant PEC category for civil works, valid FBR registration, and a proven track record of timely project completion. Earnest Money and CDR submission are critical components of the bidding process. The technical bid should clearly outline the construction methodology and timelines, while the financial bid must be competitive and realistic for the current financial year.
The submission deadline is strictly seven days from the notice publication date, and bids should be submitted to the office of the Project Engineer-I, BRCs & Polytechnic Institutes Balochistan. A practical tip for bidders is to maintain clear communication with the department and ensure all documentation, including technical specifications and financial guarantees, are complete and compliant to avoid disqualification or delays.
