Construction of B/T Road Killiaziz Bostan along with Tuff Tiles and Street Lights Pishin

The Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of a blacktop road at Killiaziz Bostan along with installation of tuff tiles and street lights in Pishin. This tender is for the fiscal year 2026 and is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of B/T Road Killiaziz Bostan - Installation of Tuff Tiles - Installation of Street Lights in Pishin The project requires bidders to have a strong financial capacity with a minimum turnover of PKR 69,650,000 in the last year and registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above (up to 200 million) specialized in Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure. Bidders must have completed at least 3 projects with 80% similar activities in the last 5 years, each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost, and must demonstrate adequate equipment and human resource capacity. Subletting or subcontracting is not allowed. Bid security of 3% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or deposit at call. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only by 25 August 2026 at 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
