Construction of B/T Roads in Mohbat Shakh, Goth Afzal Khan, and Village Aftab Bherani District Jaffarabad

The CW, PP&H Department District Jaffarabad invites bids for construction works of bituminous treated (B/T) roads in District Jaffarabad for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of B/T Road Mohbat Shakh to Balan Shakh District Jaffarabad (Rs. 170,000,000) - Construction of B/T Road Mohbat Shakh to Goth Afzal Khan District Jaffarabad (Rs. 53,000,000) - Construction of B/T Road Village Aftab Bherani District Jaffarabad (Rs. 35,000,000) The scope includes civil works for road construction under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must have active registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Category C-4 and above for serial No.1 and C-5 or above for serial No.2 and 3. Specialized code CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and CE01(i) for Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure is required. A bid security of 3% for each work and 2% bid security in the form of bank guarantee is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
