Construction of Building for Shelterless Primary Schools (08 Units) District Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the construction of buildings for shelterless primary schools, comprising 08 units, located at GPS Sanbhu Singh Veenjo je Dhani, Taluka Nangarparkar, District Tharparkar. This project is part of ADP No. 289 of 2026-27 (Revised) and aims to support Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG#4) by providing educational infrastructure in underserved areas. Items being procured: - Construction of 08 primary school buildings - Excavation of foundations - Cement concrete works - Brick work in foundation and plinth - Damp proof course - RCC work including roof slabs, beams, columns - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement - Flooring and plastering works - Tile roofing and iron steel grill doors - Water supply and sanitary fittings including earthenware W.C. pans, lavatory basins, nylon connections, floor traps, valves, bib cocks, fiber glass tank, and UPVC piping The technical scope includes complete civil works with all necessary materials and labor, water supply and sanitation fittings, and finishing works as per the detailed bill of quantities and specifications. The site is located in Mithi, Sindh, and the contract duration is 12 months from the date of commencement. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in the appropriate category, active FBR and SRB registration, and must submit all mandatory documents including bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The technical evaluation will be based on experience, manpower, equipment, financial capability, and other criteria with a passing score of 70%.
