Rehabilitation of Korangi Link Road from Malir District and Session Court up to Shahrah-e-Bhutto and Azeempura / Shah Faisal Town Road from Korangi Link Road to Jamia Millia Road Intersection

The Local Government Projects department of the Government of Sindh invites bids for the comprehensive rehabilitation and improvement of the Korangi Link Road from Malir District and Session Court up to Shahrah-e-Bhutto and Azeempura, as well as Shah Faisal Town Road from Korangi Link Road to Jamia Millia Road Intersection in Karachi. This project aims to enhance connectivity and traffic flow in key urban areas by upgrading approximately 3.5 km of dual track road with a width of 7.3 meters, including installation of storm water pipes and water supply pipelines. Items being procured: - Clearing and grubbing of site including cutting and removal of trees - Earthwork excavation and embankment - Sub-base and aggregate base course preparation - Asphalt concrete base and wearing courses - Pavement marking and reflective road studs - Construction of medians, footpaths, islands, and ancillary works - Electrification works including RCC foundations, MS tubular poles, lighting fixtures - Sewerage works including excavation, manholes, RCC pipes, and desilting - Water supply works including HDPE pipes, sluice valves, chambers The technical scope covers all civil, electrical, sewerage, and water supply works as per detailed specifications and bill of quantities. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories, possess valid NTN and SRB registrations, and comply with all eligibility criteria including submission of bid security and tender cost. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (E-PADS).
