Tender Description
A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders for the construction of a Chemical Reagent Warehouse and Repair Workshop near Chashma, Mianwali. This project involves significant civil works including the building of specialized warehouse facilities and repair workshops designed to meet the technical requirements of chemical storage and instrument maintenance.

The scope includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the construction as per the tender specifications. The site is located near Chashma in Mianwali, Punjab. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the relevant category, FBR registration, and submission of 1% bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. Bank Guarantees must have a minimum validity of six months from the bid opening date. Bids must be complete and submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the work clearly mentioned.

Tender submissions by post, courier, or telegraphic means are not accepted. The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to request rate analysis to verify bid reasonability and viability.
