Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Maintenance Division Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the remodeling of entrance and out gates along with boundary wall at Civil Secretariat Quetta for the year 2026. Items being procured:
- Remodeling of Entrance / Out Gates
- Boundary Wall at Civil Secretariat Quetta
Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be present on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature or work amounting to a minimum of PKR 118,222,977 in the last 3 years, demonstrating financial capacity with BPPRA/EPPs challan. Original documents must be submitted in the form of a green challan at the time of bid submission. Audit reports for the last 3 years up to June 2026 from a registered auditor with ICAP QCR rating are required. Non-performance in the last 10 years disqualifies bidders. Bidders must not have conflict of interest and must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call.
Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Complete bidding documents are available for viewing at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only by 28 September 2026 at 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system.
