Construction and Completion of Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning for Conversion of Tower Nos. 42 & 43 of 220kV Double Circuit Twin Bundle T/Line Sheikhupura-Ravi Circuit I & II from Suspension Type to Tension Type

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) Lahore office invites bids for the construction and completion of civil works, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning related to the conversion of tower numbers 42 and 43 of the 220kV double circuit twin bundle transmission line Sheikhupura-Ravi Circuit I & II. This project involves converting the existing suspension type towers to tension type towers, a critical upgrade to enhance the transmission line's reliability and performance. Items being procured: - Construction and completion of civil works - Erection of towers - Stringing of conductors - Testing and commissioning activities The technical scope covers all necessary civil and electrical works at the specified tower locations, including foundation work, tower assembly, conductor stringing, and comprehensive testing to ensure compliance with NGC standards. The project site is located in Sheikhupura and Ravi circuits, Lahore, Punjab. Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC registration for civil and electrical works, demonstrate prior experience in transmission line projects, and hold valid FBR and ATL registration. Earnest Money and CDR requirements will be detailed in the bidding documents. The tender was published on 8th July 2026, with a submission deadline of 15th July 2026 by 23:59:59. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) as per NGC guidelines.
