Construction and Completion of Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning of 220kV D/C Transmission Line from Mohmand Dam HPP to 500/220/132kV Sheikh Muhammadi S/S

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) is inviting bids for the construction and completion of civil works, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning of a 220kV double circuit transmission line. This project covers the transmission line from Mohmand Dam Hydropower Plant (HPP) to the 500/220/132kV Sheikh Muhammadi Substation, located in the Punjab province with the tender issued from Lahore. The scope includes two lots: Lot-I covering approximately 58 kilometers from Mohmand Dam HPP to Jamrud, and Lot-II covering approximately 42 kilometers from Jamrud to Sheikh Muhammadi Substation. The works involve significant civil construction and electrical installation activities, including stringing and testing of high voltage transmission lines. Eligible bidders must comply with the National Competitive Bidding procedures and submit their bids through the e-PADS system. Bid security in original form must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. The technical bids will be opened on the same day as the closing date. Interested firms should ensure they meet all technical and financial eligibility criteria, including valid PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance, to participate effectively in this tender. The deadline for bid submission is 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM PST, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM PST. Bidders must submit their bid security to the Chief Engineer (MP&M) NGC at Hall No.02, 8th Floor Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore.
