Construction and Completion of Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning of 220kV D/C Transmission Line from Mohmand Dam HPP to 500/220/132kV Sheikh Muhammadi Substation

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for the construction and completion of civil works, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning of a 220kV double circuit transmission line from Mohmand Dam Hydropower Plant (HPP) to the 500/220/132kV Sheikh Muhammadi Substation. This project is located in the Punjab province, with the bidding and submission process managed from Lahore. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Mohmand Dam HPP to Jamrud (Approx 58km) - Lot-II: Jamrud to 500/220/132kV Sheikh Muhammadi Substation (Approx 42km) The scope includes all civil works related to the transmission line, erection of towers, stringing of conductors, and comprehensive testing and commissioning to ensure operational readiness. The project requires experienced contractors familiar with high voltage transmission line construction and associated civil engineering works. Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and hold valid FBR/ATL registration to be eligible. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on the NGC website and e-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Original bid security must be delivered to the Chief Engineer (MP&M) NGC at Hall No.02, 8th Floor Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore before the submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST.
