Construction of Classrooms and Toilet Blocks at Various GBPS Schools in Panjgur District

The Civil Works, Public Health Engineering and Agriculture Department District Panjgur is inviting bids from eligible contractors for the construction of classrooms and toilet blocks at various Government Boys Primary Schools (GBPS) in Panjgur district for the year 2026. This tender is based on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 on percentage basis. The procurement requires registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. The works must comply with the Composite Schedule Rates 2026 and relevant technical standards. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above with specialized code CE-10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works including concrete repairs. Bidders must be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by any procuring agency, and have completed at least three similar assignments with a turnover of three consecutive years demonstrating financial capacity. Affidavits on Rs. 100 stamp paper and notarization are required for no conflict of interest, pending litigation, contract non-performance, and must mention department name, TSE number, and work name. The tender fee is Rs. 1500 per work, payable via green challan in National Bank of Pakistan Panjgur Branch. Bid security must be in the form of bank guarantee or call deposit at 2% of the bid cost.
