National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) Lahore invites bids for the construction and completion of civil works, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning related to protection measures for Tower Nos. 118 and 119 of the 500kV Nokhar-New Lahore Single Circuit Quad Bundle Transmission Line. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer (EHV-I) T/L'C' Division NGC Lahore. Items being procured: - Construction and completion of civil works - Erection - Stringing - Testing - Commissioning for protection measures of Tower Nos. 118 & 119 of 500kV Nokhar-New Lahore Single Circuit Quad Bundle Transmission Line The technical scope includes all necessary civil and electrical works at the specified tower locations, ensuring full compliance with NGC standards and safety regulations. The project requires experienced contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and demonstrate prior experience in similar high voltage transmission line projects. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (EHV-I) T/L'C' Division NGC, located at 23-Nargis Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 up to 24.07.2026 during working hours. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS only before the deadline of 27.07.2026 at 13:00 HRS. Original hard copies of bid security must be submitted before the closing deadline at the same address. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 13:30 HRS in the presence of bidders' representatives.
