Construction and Completion of Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning for Conversion of Tower Nos. 42 & 43 of 220kV Double Circuit Twin Bundle T/line Sheikhupura-Ravi Circuit I & II

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) Lahore invites bids for specialized electrical and civil works related to the conversion of Tower Nos. 42 & 43 of the 220kV Double Circuit Twin Bundle Transmission Line Sheikhupura-Ravi Circuit I & II. The scope includes construction and completion of civil works, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning for converting the towers from suspension type to tension type. Items being procured: - Construction and completion of civil works - Erection of towers - Stringing of conductors - Testing and commissioning activities This project is based in Lahore and requires experienced contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for electrical and civil works. The technical scope covers all materials and labor necessary for the conversion of the specified transmission line towers, ensuring compliance with NGC standards and safety regulations. Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from the office of the Executive Engineer (EHV-I) T/L'C' Division NGC, located at 23-Nargis Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The non-refundable fee for the bidding documents is PKR 5,000, payable until 24th July 2026 during working hours. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system on or before 27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security in hard copy must be delivered before the closing deadline to the same office. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bidders must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria, including PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and experience as specified in the bidding documents.
