Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Marines Field Engineering Company (MFEC) at Sujawal is procuring construction services for a connecting track at the Marines Canal Area. This project involves civil works to establish a durable and functional track to support military and logistical operations in the region. The scope includes site preparation, earthworks, and track laying with quality materials suitable for the local terrain and operational requirements.
Eligible contractors must be pre-qualified and registered with government organizations, preferably with the Military Engineering Services (MES) or Ministry of Defence (MoD). Valid registration certificates from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), General Sales Tax (GST), and NTN are mandatory. Contractors must be active taxpayers and capable of submitting earnest money or CDR as per tender requirements. The technical bid should comprehensively cover the construction methodology, timelines, and compliance with specifications.
Tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms from 14 May 2026 to 01 June 2026. The completed bids quoting rates must reach the Accepting Officer (OI/C MFEC) by 11:30 AM on 02 June 2026 at HQ 301 Creeks Brigade, Sujawal. The bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. It is crucial to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid disqualification. Incomplete applications or missing data will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the PEC category requirements and ensure all tax registrations are current and verifiable. Early submission of the technical bid can help avoid last-minute issues. Contact the office during working hours at 021-32324587-88 for any clarifications. This tender offers a significant opportunity to work with the Pakistan Navy on a strategic infrastructure project in Sindh.
