Hiring of Construction Contractor for CPSP Regional Center Bahawalpur

The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan is inviting bids from reputable construction contractors for the construction of the CPSP Regional Center in Bahawalpur. This opportunity is open to firms with a minimum of five years of experience in similar works, and documented proof of such experience is required. The procurement process will follow a One-Stage, Two Sealed Envelope procedure, where both technical and financial proposals are to be submitted together in one sealed envelope. Items being procured: - Construction services for CPSP Regional Center Bahawalpur (detailed scope in Terms of Reference) Interested firms must submit their technical proposals along with the following documents: - Company profile including permanent address, valid phone, email, and fax number - Legal status documents such as Partnership Deed or Articles of Association, and Power of Attorney - Audited bank statement balance sheets for the last three years - Track record of similar projects completed within the last five years, using local materials and indigenous building techniques - Satisfactory completion certificates from clients - Details of key technical staff, including a registered architect, structural engineer, site engineer, and quantity surveyor - Proof of FBR registration and NTN number, including last income tax return - Certificate of registration with PEC as a construction contractor company - Affidavit confirming the firm is not in litigation or blacklisted Earnest money of 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) must be submitted via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. The Terms of Reference can be purchased from the CPSP Regional Centre Lahore or CPSP HQ Karachi for a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 am on 29th August 2026 at the Projects Department, CPSP Regional Center Lahore, or at CPSP HQ Karachi. Late bids will not be considered.
