Construction of Double Story Office Building for AM (O) Manawala Sub Division at 132 Kv Grid Station Walgon Sohail

The Lahore Electric Supply Company LESCO (Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO)) invites bids for the construction of a Double Story Office Building for AM (O) Manawala Sub Division at 132 Kv Grid Station Walgon Sohail, Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The scope includes comprehensive civil works such as excavation, termite proofing, concrete work, brickwork, surface rendering, roofing, flooring with marble and tiles, joinery work including doors and windows, painting, water supply and sanitation, electrification, bore installation, and furnishing. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings, bridges and other structures - Termite proofing with approved chemicals - Supplying and filling sand under floors - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast - Reinforced cement concrete work - Pacca brick work - Cement plaster - Burnt clay tiles roofing - Marble flooring and dado - Aluminum windows and steel grills - Electrical wiring and fixtures - Bore installation and water supply fittings - Office furniture including executive tables, chairs, sofas, and counters - Painting and finishing works The technical scope requires the use of approved materials such as first-class burnt bricks, Lawrancepur sand for RCC, and Chenab sand for plaster and brickwork. All cement mixing will be machine-mixed. The project duration is 8 months from the date of commencement. Bidders must have completed similar contracts worth at least PKR 30 million, possess PEC licenses in CE-10 Technical Category and C-5 Financial Category, and be registered taxpayers. Bid security of Rs. 2,000,000/- is required in the name of Deputy Manager Civil Works Division LESCO. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 28 August 2026 at 3:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical bid will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The contract includes a 10% performance guarantee and a 0.1% per day liquidated damages clause for delays. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
