Construction of Drainage Works in Usta Muhammad City and Khanpur District Usta Muhammad under BSDI Phase-III

The Drainage Irrigation Division Dera Allah Yar invites eligible bidders for execution of drainage construction works for the year 2026 in Usta Muhammad City and Khanpur District under BSDI Phase-III. Items being procured: - Construction of (Kacha) Nala (Drain) Usta Muhammad City to RBOD-III Drain District Usta Muhammad (BSDI Phase-III) - Construction of R.C.C Drain Khanpur District City Area Left Side District Usta Muhammad (Under BSDI Phase-III) - Construction of R.C.C Drain Khanpur District City Area Right Side District Usta Muhammad (Under BSDI Phase-III) Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and completion of 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 35,000,000. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above in the relevant category and specialized code CE04(i) for Irrigation & Flood Control Systems. Bidders must provide a 2% bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee attested by 1st Class Magistrate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
