Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Southern Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Public Health Engineering Division Tank, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Khan. The works involve civil construction and installation of water supply infrastructure to improve sanitation and potable water access in these areas. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, active KPRA registration, active FBR NTN certificate, KP Central Enlistment registration, and CNIC copy. Bidders must submit bids via E-PADS before the deadline, including all mandatory documents to prove eligibility. A hard copy of the bid must also be sent to the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division, Tank, via registered courier. The bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division, Tank. Joint ventures are not allowed. The bid must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Bidders should carefully avoid any cutting or overwriting on tender forms to prevent rejection. The closing date and time for bid submission is 17th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with the opening at 1:30 PM the same day. Bids are to be submitted electronically through E-PADS and a hard copy delivered to the Executive Engineer's office in Tank.
