Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Northern Districts of KP

The Public Health Engineering Division Malakand invites electronic bids through E-PADs from eligible firms and contractors specialized in code CE-09 under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 for important water supply and sanitation projects in northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Water Supply Scheme Mian Kalay Qaldara with Sub Head: Boundary Wall (Estimated Cost: Rs. 2.8 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 60,000, Submission Deadline: 05-10-2026 11:00 AM) - Rehabilitation of WSS at Cheema and Patak Rising Main/Distribution System, Dargai (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.0 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 104,000, Submission Deadline: 06-10-2026 11:00 AM) These works involve construction and rehabilitation of drinking water supply schemes and sanitation infrastructure in the specified northern districts. The scope includes boundary wall construction and main/distribution system rehabilitation at designated sites. Eligible bidders must be registered with E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD), Pakistan Engineering Council with required PEC code CE-09, KPPRA with active status, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN status. Bidders must submit financial bids only through the EPAD portal before the last date and time. Bid security and additional security must be submitted physically in the form of call deposit receipt in favor of the undersigned before the deadline.
