Repair and Renovation of Accommodation Building at Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Jamshoro

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for the Repair and Renovation of Accommodation Building at SICHN Jamshoro. The contractor must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-6 or above with relevant specialization codes CE09, CE10, CE11, EE04. Experience of at least three hospital construction/renovation projects in the last five years is required along with financial strength and turnover not less than the bid cost. Bid security of 3.5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Deposit at Call. The contract duration is 3 months. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by **September 29, 2026 at 10:30 a.m**. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the Executive Director, SICHN, First Floor, Plot no. 354 & 356 JM, Near People's Secretariat Chowrangi, Jamshed Quarters Karachi.
