Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Southern Districts of KP (Bannu)

The Public Health Engineering Division Bannu invites eligible firms to submit electronic bids through the E-PADS system for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in the southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, specifically in Bannu. The works require adherence to technical specifications suitable for water supply and sanitation infrastructure in rural and semi-urban areas. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA and submit bids with bid security as per the rules. Bidders quoting rates up to 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit 2% bid security. Those quoting between 10% and 20% below must submit an additional 8% security. Bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential amount. Non-compliance with these conditions will result in bid rejection. The tender fee and bid security must be submitted as specified. No bank guarantee is acceptable.
