Construction and Earth Filling Works in Chakwal and Talagang Districts

District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through the E-P System from contractors registered on E-PADS for the financial year 2026-27 at MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026 for works in District Chakwal, Talagang and nearby areas. Items being procured: - Earth filling in Land Village Arrar Mughlan Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost Rs. 1.00 Million) - Construction of Streets with other allied works from Main SCTM Road to Boundary Wall of Mureed Air Base Moeen Abad Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.19 Million) - Construction of Street from H/o Muhammad Sheraz Rajput to Imam Bargah Village Chak Umra Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.228 Million) - Construction of Nullah with other allied works from Shop of Tariq Tailor to Nallah Bunhayan at Village Dheedwal Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost Rs. 35.00 Million) - Construction of Road with other allied works from Lawa Tarhada road to Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital to Govt Boys Degree College Tehsil Lawa and District Talagang (Estimated Cost Rs. 35.212 Million) The scope includes earth filling, street and road construction, and allied civil works in Chakwal and Talagang districts. Bidders must prepare bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security is required and must be submitted through the E-P System by the closing date. Additional performance security may be required if the lowest bid is within 5% of the estimated cost. Eligibility requires registration on E-PADS for 2026-27, compliance with Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017, and submission of bid security from scheduled banks.
