Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids for construction works in the Tribal District Bajaur. This tender covers the construction and rehabilitation of Eidghas and Janazghas in merged areas under ADP No 79/210388. The procurement is open to eligible firms and contractors compliant with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 29-10-2025, following a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

- Construction/Rehabilitation of Janazgha at Village Sharif Khana, Tehsil Nawagai
- Construction of Janazgah at Village Council Kalan, Site Kalan, Tehsil Loi Mamund
- Construction of Janazgah at VC Tangay Site Garigal
- Construction of Janazgah at VC Sewai Wara Mamund
- Construction of Janazgah at VC Gatkai Wara Mamund
- Construction of Village Matako Enger Serai Andak District Bajaur
- Construction of Village Nawa Ziarat Charmang District Bajaur
The technical scope includes civil construction works for Eidghas and Janazghas at multiple village sites within Bajaur district. Each work package is to be completed as per work order with required PEC category C6. The site works demand adherence to local construction standards and timely completion.
Bidders must submit original Call Deposit Receipts for bid security and tender fee as part of the Technical Proposal. Submission of forged or misleading documents will lead to disqualification and possible legal penalties. The Financial Bid will be opened only after approval of Technical Bids by the Competent Authority. In case of a tie, the winner will be decided by toss in the presence of all bidders.
The last date and time for submission of e-bids is 13-08-2026 at 12:30 PM, with bid opening scheduled immediately after. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Bajaur. Earnest Money and Tender Fee amounts vary per work package as specified in the tender notice.
