Construction Of Electrical Equipment Foundation and Allied Work of 01 No. Line Bay at 132 KV Grid Station Islamkot

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) through its Project Director GSC invites bids for the construction of electrical equipment foundation and allied work of 01 No. line bay at 132 KV Grid Station Islamkot, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is open to eligible bidders registered with PEC in category C6 or higher with specialization CE10, active on FBR and SRB tax lists, and with proven experience of at least 2 similar works at 66/132 KV or above grid stations in the last 5 years. The tender requires submission of a valid PEC license, FBR and SRB registration, 2 work orders with completion certificates, and an undertaking regarding blacklisting and litigation status. The bid security amount is Rs. 65,000 and must be submitted in original before bid closing. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of building bridges & other structural members (133.692 Cubic Meter) - P.C.C including placing, compacting, finishing & curing (8.915 Cubic Meter) - Steel fabrication of intermediate grade mild steel deformed reinforcement (3854.84 KG) - RCC work of roof, slabs, beams, columns, rafts & other structural members (50.936 Cubic Meter) - Making holes up to 76mm depth in cement concrete or stone masonry (80 Holes) - Bitumen coating to cement concrete or plaster surface (143.104 Sqm) - Filling, watering & ramming earth under floors (23.02 Cubic Meter) - Extra cost for using S.R Cement in place of O.P Cement (220.083 Bags) - PCC including placing, compacting, finishing, curing with S.R Cement (0.365 Cubic Meter) - P/F Cable 2-way M.S angle iron including anchor bolts painting and fixing (20 Nos) - Rehandling of gravel work or excavated rock lead up to 30 meters (90 Cubic Meter) The scope includes all civil and allied works as per the Bill of Quantities at the 132 KV Grid Station Islamkot. The site is located in Hyderabad district, Sindh province. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and submit bids through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of July 31, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted online on the same day at 11:30 AM. Eligibility requires PEC C6 or higher with CE10 specialization, active tax registrations, and no blacklisting. Experience of at least 2 similar completed works in DISCO/NTDC is mandatory. Bidders must submit all required documents including bid security and financial proposal as per instructions.
