Tender Description
This tender from the Military Engineer Service in Kamra, Punjab, invites qualified firms for extensive construction and electrical works at AMF JF-17 PAC Kamra. The scope includes building sub stations, installing overhead cranes, renovating offices, and providing electric connections for CNC and CMM machines. The project also covers HT power supply installations, underground HT feeders, pneumatic services, and fire safety systems, reflecting a comprehensive upgrade of electrical infrastructure.
The works demand expertise in electrical engineering and construction, with a focus on high-tension networks and HVAC systems. The site at Kamra requires careful coordination of civil and electrical tasks, including RCC foundations for HT furnaces and titanium alloy forming machines. Contractors must be prepared to handle complex installations and ensure compliance with technical standards for military-grade facilities.
Applicants must be enlisted with PEC in categories C-2, C-3, or C-4, valid until June 2026, and preferably listed with MES in categories A, B, or C. Firms should have a clean record with no outstanding DI&E recoveries and be pre-qualified by the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi. NTN certificates, bank statements, and income tax returns for the last three years are mandatory for submission.
The submission deadline is set for 2nd March 2026 at 11:30 hours, with bid opening at 12:00 hours on the same day. Applications must be submitted physically at HQ DW&CE (DP) near Gate No.7, GHQ Rawalpindi. Incomplete applications will not be entertained, and the accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications under PPRA rules.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your Technical Bid includes a valid Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for the 2% security deposit, as this refundable earnest money is often overlooked but critical for eligibility.
