Tender Description
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites tenders for important construction and electrical works at Rawalpindi city. IESCO is a leading distribution company serving over 4.1 million consumers and is committed to providing best quality electricity. This tender is issued under Single Stage - Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004.
Items being procured:
- Tender for construction of 22 x 20x duct line with manholes for external electrification of CDA Sector E-12 Islamabad part-II
- Tender for safe handling, carriage of HT/LT structure & PC pole, installation, erection, etc. at Rawalpindi Division
- Tender for construction of 202 duct lines with manholes to shift 11KV overhead lines underground at Police Line, Jinnah Park, IJP, and PIPC-3 cantonments Rawalpindi
The scope includes civil construction of ducts and manholes, safe handling and installation of electrical poles and transformers, and shifting overhead lines underground. The works are to be executed in Rawalpindi city under IESCO jurisdiction.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C6 or above, have valid NTN, General Sales Tax (GST), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registrations. Firms must have experience in similar works and submit earnest money as specified. Joint ventures are allowed under certain conditions. Financial and technical evaluation will be conducted as per tender documents.
Bidders must submit their bids by 09:30 AM on 13-Nov-2026 at the office of Addl. Director (VEC), IESCO Islamabad. The technical bid will be opened at 10:00 AM the same day. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, including submission of bid security and required documents.
