Construction and Establishment of Sahulat Bazaars in Punjab

Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified PEC categories and registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities. The procurement involves construction and establishment of Sahulat Bazaars across multiple districts in Punjab under different packages. Items being procured: - Package A: Lodhran (Karor Pakka), Vehari (Mailsi), Khanewal (Mian Chunnu, Jahanian) - Package B: Jhang (Athara Hazari), Chiniot (Lalian), Toba Tek Singh (Pir Mahal) - Package C: Gujrat (Kunjah, Jalalpur Jattan), Sheikhupura (Muridke) - Package D: Layyah (Lahtepur, Layyah city) - Package E: Chakwal (Kallar Kahar), Bhakkar (Darya Khan, Pindi Bhattian) The technical scope includes civil construction works for establishing bazaars in the listed districts and tehsils. Bidders must be licensed with PEC categories C-1 & above, C-2 & above, or C-*2 & above as per package requirements. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
