Construction of 02 Farmhouses FHA#95 (2500 Sqyds) & FHA#92 (2000 Sqyds) Balance Works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of two farmhouses FHA#95 (2500 Sqyds) and FHA#92 (2000 Sqyds) balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi. This tender is specifically issued by the Technical & Contract Section of DHA City Karachi, located at KM 50, Motorway M-9, Karachi. Items being procured: - Construction of Farmhouse FHA#95 (2500 Sqyds) - Construction of Farmhouse FHA#92 (2000 Sqyds) balance works The technical scope involves comprehensive construction activities for the two farmhouses as per the detailed specifications under PEC Category C5 (CF-09 & CF-10). The site is located within DHA City Karachi, requiring contractors to be familiar with local construction standards and DHA regulations. Eligibility criteria require contractors/firms to have valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 under category C5 and to be on the active tax payer list (ATL). Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 along with a bid security in the form of a Pay Order amounting to 2% of the bid value in favor of DHA City Karachi. The bid documents can be obtained from the Technical & Contract Section DHA City Karachi starting 6th July 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of the tender fee. Sealed bids must be delivered to the T&C Section DHA City Karachi on or before 16th July 2026 by 1430 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who hold a valid authority letter. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable rules and regulations.
