Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Sandana Adjacent to Sandana FC Check Post, Tirah Sub-Division, Khyber Tribal District

The Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber Forest Division, Peshawar, invites bids from well reputed contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for Sales Tax and Income Tax and also registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-6 category or above for the financial year 2025-26. This tender is for the construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Sandana adjacent to Sandana FC Check Post, Tirah Sub-Division, Khyber Tribal District. Items being procured: - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower The project falls under the initiative titled Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Mitigation and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I. The estimated cost for this work is **PKR 6.000 Million** based on MRS-2024 1st Bi Annual rates. The completion time for the project is 5 months from the date of award. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and PEC in the specified category and must submit a 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer Khyber. The bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as Bid Security before the closing date and time. The tender will be processed under the Single Stage Single Envelope method as per KAPPRA Rules-2014 on the EPADS platform. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and signed by an authorized person of the firm.
