Construction of Flood Protection Bund Killiali Ahmed District Khuzdar PSDP No 2792

The Irrigation Division Khuzdar invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of flood protection bund at Killiali Ahmed District Khuzdar under PSDP No 2792 for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection Bund Killiali Ahmed District Khuzdar PSDP No 2792 with an estimated cost of 10,000,000 PKR. The procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and must be on the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 and above is mandatory, with relevant category and specialized code CE04(ii) for Irrigation & Flood Control Systems or CE04(y) for Irrigation only. The bidder must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature of work with a turnover of at least 7,000,000 PKR in the last two years, demonstrating financial capacity. Tender fee is 1000 PKR and bid security is 2% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours until 08 September 2026. The last date for bid submission is 08 September 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned located at Irrigation Colony Old Karachi Road Khuzdar.
