Tender Description
The Irrigation Division Khuzdar invites bids from eligible bidders for the construction of flood protection bandh at Khaljhur Khuzdar under PSDP No 2795 for the year 2026. Items being procured:
- Construction of Flood Protection Bandh Khaljhur Khuzdar PSDP No 2795 with an estimated cost of Rs. 29,980,000.
The project involves flood protection works based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and must be present in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to 65 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE04(i) (Irrigation & Flood Control Systems), CE04(v) (Irrigation Only) is mandatory.
Tender fee of Rs. 1500 and bid security of 2% in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. The last date for bid submission is 09 September 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Irrigation Division Khuzdar, Irrigation Colony Old Karachi Road Khuzdar.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids according to the single stage two envelope bidding procedure and ensure timely submission. Earnest money and bid security must be strictly adhered to avoid disqualification.
