Construction of Futsal Court at IBA Main Campus Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids for the construction of a Futsal Court at its Main Campus in Karachi. The site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2026, at 12 PM at IBA Main Campus. Bidders must be PEC registered in category C-6 or above, have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 5 years, and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Financial turnover of minimum PKR 14 million per year for the last 3 years is required. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000/- non-refundable.
