Tender Description
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids for the construction of a Futsal Court at its Main Campus in Karachi. This tender is issued by the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, located in University Enclave, Karachi, Sindh. The procurement involves comprehensive civil and electrical works including dismantling, excavation, concrete works, plastering, MS fabrication, electrical wiring, installation of LED floodlights, and fixing of synthetic grass and safety nets.

The technical scope includes site preparation, concrete works, steel fabrication and erection, electrical wiring, and installation of sports-grade synthetic grass and lighting. The site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2026, at 12 PM at IBA Main Campus. Bidders must be PEC registered in category C-6 or above, have completed at least 3 similar projects in the last 5 years, and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Financial turnover of minimum PKR 14 million per year for the last 3 years is required. Earnest Money of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory.
The tender fee is Rs. 3,000/- non-refundable. Bids must be submitted electronically via SPPRA EPADS system by July 29, 2026, 2:30 PM, with original bid security delivered to the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, Karachi before bid opening at 3:00 PM the same day. Only bids submitted on EPADS with supporting documents will be accepted. The contract completion period is 30 days from the written order to commence. Liquidated damages of 0.05% per day up to 10% of contract value will be imposed for delays.
