Construction of 10 Government Colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Building Division Bannu, invites bids for the construction of 10 Government Colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on a need basis. This includes the Degree College for Boys Mansehra City and the Girls Degree College Domel Bannu under ADP Project No. 250273. Items being procured: - Construction of 10 Government Colleges including Degree College for Boys Mansehra City - Girls Degree College Domel Bannu The technical scope covers comprehensive construction works as per approved work orders. The project requires firms with PEC category C-2 or above. Bidders must comply with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and submit a bid security of 2% on estimated cost plus security/duty. The work completion period will be as per the work order issued. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and have relevant experience in similar civil works projects. The submission deadline is 24th August 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. The financial bid opening date will be announced after approval of technical bids by the competent authority. Original call deposit receipts for bid security must be enclosed with the technical proposal and reach the office before closing date/time. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division Bannu.
