Construction of Hall, Supply and Installation of IT Lab Equipment for IT Hub at Tump District Tump

The CWPP&H Department District Tump invites sealed percentage tenders based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan (G.O.B) amended up-to-date from interested Government Contractors/Firms for renewal work for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Construction of Hall - Supply and Installation of IT Lab Equipment for IT Hub at Tump District Tump The project involves construction and installation works at the IT Hub site in Tump. The scope includes civil construction of a hall and the complete supply and installation of IT laboratory equipment. The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to date. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 500,000 in the last three subsequent years. Bidders must be active taxpayers and not blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council C-6 is mandatory. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage One Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bids in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the bid amount, issued by a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. The issuance of tender documents starts from the date of publication of this NIT until 9th September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 9th September 2026 by 12:00 PM. Earnest money of PKR 2,000 is required to be deposited in the shape of a Green Challan in the specified head of account (02726).
