Tender Description
The Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir is procuring construction services for the Head Office Building at Muzaffarabad and the Regional Office Building at Mirpur Azad Jammu and Kashmir. This project involves large-scale civil works including building construction with a completion period of 18 months. The estimated cost is a substantial **PKR 433.95 million**. The procurement is managed by the Credit Administration Division (CAD) at the Bank's Head Office in Muzaffarabad.
Eligible firms must hold a valid and active license from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 or above, with specialization codes CE-10, EE-11, and ME-03. Firms must also have valid NTN/GST registration with FBR and AJK CBR. Experience in similar projects of comparable scale and nature is essential. Joint ventures or consortium applications will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to conduct a site visit to obtain firsthand information before submitting their bids.
The bidding documents can be obtained from the CAD Head Office at Sardar Nazir Plaza Gojra Bypass Muzaffarabad AJK upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 30,000 in the form of CDR or pay order. The deadline for submission of sealed technical and financial bids is **19-05-2026 at 11:30 AM**, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on **13-05-2026 at 11:00 AM** at the committee room of BAJK Head Office.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit receipt from Bank AJK or any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Incomplete or conditional bids without required bid security will be rejected. Bidders should ensure their financial bids are quoted on an above, below, or at par basis with the engineer's estimate, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
