Tender Description
The Buildings Division, Sanghar invites bids for multiple construction and infrastructure improvement projects under the Sustainable Goles Achievement Programme in Sanghar District. These works include the construction of community halls and hospital buildings with hybrid solar battery systems, aimed at enhancing local infrastructure and healthcare facilities.
Items being procured:
- Infrastructure Improvement – Construction of Community Hall in Perumal, District Sanghar
- Infrastructure Improvement – Construction of Community Hall in Perumal, District Sanghar (Solar 15-KW with Hybrid Battery System)
- Construction of Seth Gobind Ram Perwani Charity Hospital in Khipro, District Sanghar
- Construction of Seth Gobind Ram Perwani Charity Hospital in Khipro, District Sanghar (Solar 20-KW with Hybrid Battery System)
These projects require experienced contractors with PEC category C-6 registration. The scope includes civil construction and installation of solar hybrid battery systems, with a completion period of 24 months for each project. Bidders must submit a 5% bid call deposit as bid security and a tender fee of Rs. 5,000. The bidding documents are available on the SPPRA E-PADS website or from the Executive Engineer Buildings Division office.
Bids must be submitted through the E-PAD system by 10-09-2026 at 09:30 AM for the first attempt, with a second submission opportunity on 17-09-2026 at 09:30 AM if required. The bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the respective dates at the Executive Engineer Buildings Division office, Sanghar. The bid validity period is 90 days.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and SRB certificates, audited financial reports for the last five years, minimum financial turnover, experience in similar works, and submission of original documents including CNIC and machinery lists. Technical proposals must not be amended during evaluation.
