Tender Description
Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories or above to participate in an open E-Tendering system for the construction and installation of precast concrete parabolic (PCP) watercourses aimed at developing the irrigation system at the New Campus of Ghazi University.
Items being procured:

The project involves civil works related to irrigation infrastructure using precast concrete materials at the university's new campus. Contractors must be registered with PEC and comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and its amendments. The bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement system; physical instruments like CDRs are not accepted. Rates must be quoted online on an item rate basis against each BOQ item by 14 September 2026 before 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders at the office of the Project Director, Ghazi University.
Eligibility requires PEC registration in the relevant category, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money as 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders should ensure complete financial bids with rate analysis as per PPRA circular dated 11 October 2024.
The tender submission and bid security must be done through the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). The PPRA website for active tenders is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx. In case of holidays, the next working day will be considered for receiving and opening of tenders.
