Provision of Boundary Fence Around PAA Land Towards Landside and Rehabilitation of Existing Fence in Different Areas at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the provision of boundary fence around PAA land towards landside and rehabilitation of existing fence in different areas at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore. This procurement is for civil works involving construction and rehabilitation of boundary walls and fences at the airport premises in Lahore. Items being procured: - Boundary excavation for foundation trenches and drains in all kinds of soil - Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with crushed graded boulders - Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete using Lawrencepur sand and crushed graded boulders - Providing and fixing hard grade ribbed deformed reinforcement bars - Providing and laying first class solid burnt brick masonry - Cement plaster on walls and columns - Fixing M.S. tees, angles, flats and welding - Fixing galvanized iron barbed wire fencing - Painting with weather shield paint and synthetic enamel paint - Providing and fixing G.I. pipes for chain link fence - Fixing chain link diamond mesh The scope includes excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, steel works, fencing, and painting as per specifications. The work will be executed at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, under the supervision of the Divisional Engineer, Civil, PAA. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-4 or above, have valid FBR registration with ATL listing, and submit bid security of PKR 1,600,000. The contract duration is 90 days. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee of 5% of contract price.
