Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Pattan is procuring construction and installation works for multiple schemes in Pattan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement includes the construction of an entry gate, installation of new energy efficient solar street lights across various areas including Kohistan Lower, Pattan Upper and Lower Bazar, Chakai Area, Jijal Bazar, and Ranolia Bazar. Additional works include construction of waiting sheds, RCC installations, dust bins, containers, and several monuments such as Hazarat Abu Bakar Siddique (RA), I LOVE KOHISTAN LOWER, Allah and Muhammad, and Name of Allah. Tourist facilitation sign boards are also part of the scope.
The technical scope covers civil construction, electrical works including solar energy systems, and installation of specialized lighting systems. Firms must be freshly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year 2024-25 and enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA Authority. For solarization schemes, PEC codes CE10, EE03, EE04, EE06, and EE11 are mandatory. Bidders must submit a technical bid accompanied by earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), fresh LCB registration, CNIC photocopy, KPRA and FBR registration, and other relevant documents proving financial soundness, experience, and equipment capabilities.
The tender submission deadline is 29-06-2026 by 12:00 PM, with technical and financial bids to be opened the same day. Bids must be submitted physically via courier or registered post; hand submissions are not allowed. Electronic submission through EPADS is also mandatory. The bid security must be sealed in the financial proposal, and any variation between original and copy proposals will lead to disqualification.
