Tender Description
The Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from eligible contractors and firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) and having valid registration with FBR and PRA, for two major civil works projects in Lahore. The works are to be executed at UC-Kahna, NA-123, and UC-247 Kahna Nou, NA-123, PP-158, Lahore. This procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules, and only e-bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be considered.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Janazgah at UC-Kahna, NA-123, Lahore (Estimated Cost: Rs 29,483,956, Earnest Money: Rs 1,471,972, Time Limit: 6 months, Category: C-5 & Above)
- Rehabilitation/Improvement of Road/Sewerage/PCC UC-247 Kahna Nou NA-123, PP-158, Lahore (Group-I) (Estimated Cost: Rs 24,533,119, Earnest Money: Rs 1,226,655, Time Limit: 6 months, Category: C-6 & Above)
Both projects require contractors with the appropriate PEC category (C-5 & above for the Janazgah, C-6 & above for the road/sewerage works). Bidders must submit earnest money as specified above in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR, valid for the bid validity period plus 20 days. Only technically responsive bids will be considered for financial opening. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 24-08-2026, not later than 10:30 AM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are uploaded in PDF format as per the guidelines, and no hand-delivered or postal bids will be accepted.
